Quintorius, Fate Splitter

As long as Quintorius entered this turn, you may activate the loyalty abilities of planeswalkers you control twice this turn rather than only once.
0: Proliferate. You gain 3 life.
−1: Seek a non-Quintorius planeswalker card.
−3: Create a 2/2 colorless Wizard Soldier creature token named Cadet. Then put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
